It’s really starting to look like fall on campus. The trees haven’t fully changed yet, but they’re definitely starting to show some color. I snapped these photos in between classes today.

There are still some brightly colored flowers in bloom.

The Japanese maples by the Materials Science complex really look neat this time of year.

Just as we’re getting well into fall, I’m getting well into my classes. Yesterday, I spent four hours in the lab, looking at streams of raw bits from a video digitizer board on the logic analyzer. (I now know more than enough about digital representations of analog video and the ins and outs of NTSC, frames, fields, blanking intervals, and so on.)
Looks like it’s going to be a busy quarter, but a good one regardless.
